DescriptionI know conventional wisdom says that Kirby's peak on the FF was between 45 and 60. Certainly the creativity of those issues is unparalleled. But from a visual standpoint, my favourite Kirby is circa issues 80-100. At that point, his style had reached full maturity, supported by Sinnott's sharp, metallic inks that highlighted the sci-fi feel of the series. This page features one of my favourite Kirby / Lee creations, the Inhumans, with great battle shots and a beautiful close up of the lovely Crystal. I don't know what this cost you my friend, but I would have paid it just for that top panel alone. What an absolutely GORGEOUS page! About as nice a Kirby example as one could hope for. Congratulations!

Beautiful!! And I fully agree with peak (Marvel) Kirby being 1969/1970... it's in the 70s where he really starts doing his own, unique impressionistic thing, so those first few years are a great balance of detailed renderings and his more gestural, sqiuggly 70s style.

What a perfect page --- I love every panel! I clearly remember that pose in the upper right corner from "How To Draw Comics the Marvel Way."

You’d be hard pressed to find a better Kirby Inhumans example! So many characters featured and in action as only the King can deliver! Great get - sincere congrats!

Sometimes it's not just your stepmother who makes your life difficult, it's the whole stepfamily.
