It is surprising to me that more comments are not here. To the best of my knowledge, only 16 of these vintage splash pages exist (counting Marvel Premiere 25) from this pre-XMen Claremont/Byrne pairing, and Adkins did an excellent job inking over Byrne's pencils on this issue. The 1970's beards rule!

This is such a great-looking splash! Byrne and Adkins did amazing work together on Iron Fist. Color me jealous, but thanks for sharing this beauty!

Fabulous Iron Fist title spash! Gorgeous layout by John Byrne with Iron Fist posed against the NY skyline. Strong inks by Dan Adkins really make the page pop. Great pick-up!
