Description

I have known Essad for several years through Dalibor Talajic & Goran Sudzuka, fellow Croatian artists that I represent, but I have never been able to break away from my table long enough to get on Essad's commission list.

Thanks to Essad & one of my Argentinian artists that I rep, German Peralta, I was able to get this piece painted for me while they were together at the Crack Bang Boom show over there. It is painted on a piece of 12 1/4 X 16" art board.

I loved Essad's cover run on Wolverine and thought this would be a great choice of pieces for my collection.

It's his stare that strikes fear in you! His stance is that of a predator who's entire musculature is built for the hunt and nothing more! Incredible how Ribic does it with the lighting on the black of the costume and the blues that go into his arms and face.
