DescriptionThis will have to be cleaned up a little bit when i get it...... as a kid, i would send my aunt to the worst places in nyc to get me back issues, mainly of the avengers and captain america. lol, the stories she would tell- this had to be about 1980 or so. anyway, this is from one of those books and features arguably the best shot ever of the black knight character by the terrific buscema/palmer team.Social/Sharing |

I'm heart sick! This has been in my WANTED gallery forever! Congratulations, though I'm more than just a little jealous.

Just great. Black Knight might not be an iconic character for many, but this splash is classic as far as I'm concerned.

An awesome Black Knight by Buscema / Palmer in their prime. Indeed, Black Knight may never have looked better. Congratulations on a fantastic pick up!

If someone didn't have any appreciation for comic art I'd show them this page... would most likely do the trick. Congrats!

As a kid I cut out that page from the black and white weekly Avengers Marvel UK..stuck it to carboard with tape and had many adventures in my imagination with that image. I had no idea that the original still existed. Congratulations on such a piece and thanks for putting a smile on so many CAF faces with a great image and good memories....

Beautiful page. I'm a big fan of the Buscema/ Palmer team and the Black Knight. This is absolutely a great find.
