Description

A nice and almost forgotten giant.
This artist has worked during almost 50 years in the comic field. he did every genre. With passion he has depicted the second WW : "l'Histoire de la seconde Guerre Mondiale" (11 books : "more than 12 years of my life " he said me).

With a sense of dynamic, drama and realism he drew classic historic figures, sports ones or super heroes (see "L'encyclopédie en Bandes dessinées" Auzou éditions).

Thaks to him, he introduced me to the Master himself : Raymond POÏVET !

Pierre Léon has passed in the last days of 2004.
