DescriptionThis one of my favorite Kirby covers with one of my favorite characters. Just an awesome image! And I had an extremely fun as well educational time recreating it. It's done on 500 grade Strathmore bristol, with brush and pen and india ink. EVERYTHING is hand drawn, even the TM's, issue number, price, etc. NO WHITEOUT was used or needed, for that matter, since I take that kind care and precision with these recreations. (I consider these to be as much of a tribute as anything else.)If you are interested in this for your collection, I can arrange for a viewing of it. You will be very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship. Social/Sharing |

Beautiful work Scott :)Your kind words are much appreciated! It's a combination of my drawing, drafting and typography skills; all done by hand in homage to Kirby, Sinnott, Rosen, camera stat guys and all the other craftsmen that contributed to making those iconic covers. PS, spread the word that my asking price is completely flexible. ANY offers will be considered seriously! Thanks!

As the caption reads, "WILD!!" My all-time favorite Kirby Cap cover (if not my all-time favorite Kirby cover, period) by my all-time favorite fellow Motor City Comic-Con artist! Don't know if I'm more envious of you or the buyer! Great job, ya big lug. :-)
