I love it - another GP masterpiece turns into a cover! How many pieces of art do you have that have been cover-updated? Congrats!

This is #11 so far, with at least 2 more coming
However, there have been more than 2 dozen total printed (or announced), so lots of luck collectors out there!

Congrats! How did you know they were becoming covers?

I provided them with scans of the art, and then just waited to see where each showed up.

You provided them to Mavel? Or did they just take them from you CAF?
I ask because one of mine was made as a cover too but I had no idea it was happening. It was a nice surprise. I have no idea who to thank for it.

Marvel sent me a request for hi-res scans for certain pieces that were posted in my CAF gallery. Ironically, there's one hi-res scan I sent to them that they have come back and said they couldn't use because the colors were different then they were in my CAF - I noted that I made a simple adjustment to the color (to soften them) in the Preview program on my Mac and that they should be able to make the same changes (or better as I'm sure they have better graphics software), but I guess they've decided they don't want to modify the image and so will not be using it...

A complete illustration that is definitely ready to print cover quality even before it was actually made into one today.
