Description

I was asked last month to do a varient cover for part of MArvel's 70th anniversary, an homage to a Rockwell that's been done many times before. Anyway, the legal department decided it was too close to the original and killed it. I did this piece smaller than usual so it'd fit on my scanner instead of having to mess about with photography. It's about regular comic book original cover art size.

Flawless and extraordinary. I've seen alot of one-minute-later works cropping up on CAF recently. This one almost begs for it. Slumped headless cop, cook behind the counter fainted dead away... Really striking work! A worthy homage!

I thought your work reminded me of Norman Rockwell. I guess this piece proves it. Amazing.
