Description

This is one of those pieces that I�ve looked at for a long time, and for reasons I cannot explain, I�ve never pulled the trigger. Then, it showed up in the auction, and I couldn�t control myself. I just think it�s just great. Kane was a craftsman, and often used high angles and action poses to create drama in his images. In the cover to Flash #197, Kane manages, through the use of angles and shadows, to create a suspense filled Flash cover - without the Flash.

This really is a wonderfully composed piece - the Flash costume shooting at the camera angle gives it a three-dimensional feel that is very cool.
