Great preliminary to the cover of Conan Saga 3, which is owned by my talented buddy Scott Williams...a wonderful piece, and I really love the blue underline, which adds so much more than 'color' to the work...

As with many of Barry's prelims, I'm not sure which I like best -- the prelim or the finished piece. This is not to slight the finished cover(a favorite from Conan Saga) -- but the prelim suggests a different direction the cover could have taken and is pregnant with possibility.
