Description

African American soldier, and former Olympian, Gus Gray (introduced in G.I. Combat #160) joins the crew of the Haunted Tank in this issue. Gus takes over for Arch Asher, the tank's loader, who died (in G.I. Combat #162) saving the his crew from an exploding suicidal German tank. Published by DC Comics in August, 1973.
