Description

A very iconic and massive Superman by the late Ringo. While reading the Modern Master and every interviews I could dig up on him, I got the impression he wasn't satisfied by his Superman rendition as he said he was trying to showcase some of Ed Mcguiness style (who was on another Superman title at the time and the big star of the Superman line) and that it did'nt quite work out for his style and benefit.I got the impression, as it's been said, that Ringo wrongly didn't think much of himself compared to other artists.Well,as much as I love Ed's Sup', I can safely say I'm proud to own such a fantastic and definitive take on Superman by an artist who drew him so well and understood him all the same.What an artist you ARE Mike :)
