Thanks, Michael! My favorite, too, but not by far. I underbid the Blazing Combat #2 cover, which I thought was fantastic as well, and I would have bid again on it if this one hadn't been in the same auction. My congratulations to the buyer of the #2 cover.

It's always inspiring how Frazetta could include so many nice touches and artistic choices in one work, yet maintain that lively gestural quality throughout... with no fussy or overworked areas. Congrats on a truly remarkable canvas, from a more innocent time when neutralizing nazis was uncontroversial.

Jim, beautiful cover. I saw them both in person. Although both were first rate, your cover was definitely a notch higher in my book. Congrats!
