DescriptionPage 38 of "X-men Alpha" from the "Age of Apocalypse" storyline showing Weapon X (Wolverine) kissing Jean Grey. I was thrilled to get this page, as not only is it an awesome page from a fantastic issue, but it's also been a grail of mine since I was a kid. It was this page of the comic that first prompted me to read the "Age of Apocalypse" storyline in the first place back in '95. I was flipping through the issue and saw this page and was so confused as to why Jean was kissing Wolverine that I read the issue to figure out what was going on, and was so impressed that I read the full AoA storyline. When I started buying comic art, I immediately tried to find out where this page was, but I never thought I'd actually be able to acquire it. Offhand, I can't think of any page from any comic which would have greater sentimental value to me.As a side note, this art was stolen from my home in a burglary in December of 2020. It spent a few months with the heroin addicts who stole it, and then it turned back up at a local pawn shop in 2021. So, it's had an interesting adventure! So happy to have it back! Social/Sharing |

Congrats on finding this. It's tough to get pages that made you love the hobby and I really like the way this is laid out. Jean always looks good and it was such a wonderful story. Love it.
