Thanks for the info. It was drawn for Baily Publications way back in 1946. It only took 12 years for it to see print.

Yes - I am pretty sure this comic was an unauthorized publication as Israel Waldman was known to play fast and loose - I am writing an article about these Baily stories - I'll email you offline.
