Description

Our friendly neighborhood UPS man delivered this on Tuesday. By the one and only Virgil Finlay, it was used in the March 1938 issue of the pulp Weird Tales, illustrating "Beyond the Wall of Sleep" by H.P. Lovecraft. It's inscribed at the bottom by Finlay to author A. Merritt, who Finlay would begin working for at American Weekly in 1937.

I don't have it in front of me at the moment, but it's roughly 8" x 8".
