Description

Today's mail brought this one. By artist John Richard Flanagan, it's inscribed "For Alice Treat - From, John R. Flanagan 1950". Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure out where it's from. My guess is that it's a pulp illo, rather than one of his slick magazine illustrations, which makes Blue Book the likely culprit. I also suspect that it may be one half of a double-page spread. In any event, if anyone happens to recognize it, please let me know!
