Description

I've been a fan of Will's for almost 30 years since I saw his work on Vanity. I contacted him and he had a spot open in his work schedule. I told him I wanted something more Sci-Fi for Vampi- ala her very first appearance on Draculon. She's an alien, not a Vampire and her origin is very wacky and sci-fi. Will was familiar with her roots and worked out a cool Tom Sutton/Wally Wood vibe that worked great. This is a cool nod to the first issue with sexy female colonists as the smorgosblood...One of the fastest and most satisfactory commissions I've ever received. Thanks Will!

Thank you! I got lucky, he said it might be months, then a window opened up unexpectedly. I knew what i wanted, he knew the character and vibe, and it just clicked. Check in with him, I would love to see more commissions from him!
