DescriptionI'm really fortunate to have added this piece by rising star, Yildiray Cinar, to my collection. Known for his work on such titles as Noble Causes and Dynamo5, Yildiray is the current cover artist on Teen Titans and the upcoming penciller on the new Legion of Super Heroes ongoing series with writer Paul Levitz. While he is primarily known for his outstanding marker work on commissions and sketches, this particular piece features a rare foray into watercolors by Yildiray. The results are really elegant. The presentation featured here harkens back to the best of Frank Miller's work in Hell's Kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks a ton, Mr. Cinar, and best of luck on the new Legion gig!Social/Sharing |

Nothing beats an iconic image of Daredevil perched atop a building's edge, watching over his territory. The watercolors by Cinar accentuate the fact that it is winter in New York.
Another great addition to your terrific collection Matthew!

DD looks cold! I would be wishing for regular human senses if I were out in the New York city winter in my jammies. . .

Cinar is a rising star, and his take on DD is as brilliant as I expected it to be. The muted watercolors work to great effect

This is probably one of my favorite pieces in your CAF my friend. The perfect pose and backgrounds for DD to reflect on himself. Powerful image.

This is really something. Echoes of Miller and Mazzucchelli here, but with a strong personal view on the character. A wonderful piece.
