Oh David, I first saw this cover when I went to spend the night on a sleep-over at my cousin Billy's house. The cover burned in my mind forever that night and Billy was so cool and let me take the comic home the next day. This is so great. You dog. Congratulations. Go-Go Checks forever.

David, seeing this cover in person in San Diego was one of the highlights of my trip. There certainly wasn't a finer piece at the convention. Congratulations, and thanks.

Great piece David! I can remember Tom Horvitz pulling this out of his sliding drawer in his pad in Palm Springs years ago. He had a great collection I can still see all the Frazetta, Raymond, Foster, Sprang and Fine pieces he had all over the walls....only now they are in vaious galleries on this site.

Infantino did some great Batman covers but this one is in a class by itself.

Hard to imagine a better Infantino cover and it appears to be perfect from the scan. Amazing.

What a great image. Love the depiction of Penguin in particular. Very nice piece from the Silver Age. Definitely one I would love to have in my own Bat collection!

Fortunately, I had my Quick-Release, Umbrella-repellent Bat Shield handy! I've got to put one of those in next year's budget for you, Robin!
Totally awesome cover. A grail in any Batophile's collection!!
