Description

Two statments on this page: 1) George Perez splash, Superman getting hit by Thor's hammer...BEST DAMN COMIC PAGE EVER!!! 2) I had some other jokes I was working on for the sound effect on this page, but finally ended with a social commentary on the recent Superman copyright lawsuit filed by Joanne Siegel (widow of Superman co-creator, Jerry Siegel), and Laura Siegel Larson (daughter of Jerry). My biggest fear is not that if they win the suit completely, Marvel will try to buy Superman (actually "Superman in the Marvel Universe" would be a cool mini-series), but that it will finally destroy the Superman mythos built up in the American public (and world) over the last 75 years..
