A convention piece, pencilled by Ken Macklin, inked by Al Gordon and colored by Steve Oliff. According to the (German) seller, this was done at a convention in 1982.
The character depicted is from Ken Macklin's collected comics work 'Dr. Watchstop', if that's correct.
