DescriptionI've been waiting on this piece all summer! The only original interiors for Batman #21 - the inaugural issue of the button. The Sucker Punch!I absolutely love Jason's work! His style over the years has evolved to a point where he will hold a place in Batman mythos with the greats like Aparo, Breyfogle, Nolan and Capullo! The genius in the layout of this page is incredible and instantly grabs the reader. Jason chose to move the action from right to left contrary to conventional wisdom or in reverse of what the readers eye and mind expect - keeping with the entry of the Reverse Flash. This idea was initially rejected by DC until Jason explained the logic of a reversed page for this scene! The premise of this entire issue was Batman to the core! The idea that he was not fighting to win, but only fighting to make it long enough for Flash to arrive is the core of what makes him a great hero and strategist! This page is definitely a highlight of my collection and in the Grail category for me! Social/Sharing |

It´s an incredible DSP I saw it for sale but al that mometn was too expesive to me! Congrats to this adquisitioa!

Spectacular page!!!! Fabok is an amazing artist his Batman and Reverse Flash are the best!!! Great pick up from a great arc!!!
