Batman - Andrea Cucchi

Just received this as part of a larger package from Kirby's Comic Art. Annabel has been tempting me with so many great things lately it's hard to say no.

This Batman piece for example. Seeing it the first time captured all that I love with Batman. I was unfamiliar with Andrea's art prior to this piece but will be watching him closely from now on!

There is so many tributes to the amazing history of Batman - the '89 Batmobile, Danny DeVito's Penquin, the animated (original and best) Harley Quinn, a Conrad Veidt inspired Joker, a nod to Zoe Kravitz' Catwoman. I could go on, and one, and to me front and centre I see Nathan Filion behind that Cowl - I could be dreaming, but he's there!
