DescriptionThis falls into that category of goals you really never expect to achieve. I absolutely love Frank's style. Nobody draw's woman like Frank, but really nobody draws like Frank - simply put. I had hopes of what an at home commission from Frank would be and I also had some expectations of what I should realistically expect and Frank surpassed them all.The composition of this piece, the use of the heavy blacks to anchor it while the tonal work to add texture and depth. The flow of his lines here - everything speaks to me! Seeing that Frank would be in Maui this year while we got away finally after some 18 months of this pandemic - I took a stab and reached out to Steve Morger to see if by any chance Frank would be doing commissions for the Maui Comic Con. Steve said he was doing 3 - end of the day I only saw 2 filled - this one and an Elvira. The benefit for collectors attending a small show! Being able to spend a little time chatting with Frank and Steve at the show, and being able to achieve a goal like this made the year for me. Thank you again to Frank and Steve for making the year for me and for being an absolute pleasure to deal with! Social/Sharing |

I shudder to think of what you must've had to pay for this. I don't think I've ever seen a better Cho. Congrats! It's perfect.

Thanks! That's the joy of art - no matter how much, it is worth every penny and more to have something like this in the collection!
