Description

One of my favourites growing up watching Disney after school, this one always held my attention. I remember as a child going to Disney World for the first time and the only ride I can remember was this one. Fast forward to 2023 and our trip to Lake Como and we ended that trip at Disneyland Paris and to my surprise was able to see the Nautilus again there.

For Mark's Como list in 2024 this was a top pick on my list of options for him and I was beyond ecstatic when he chose this. His likenesses are spot on and the composition - it could be a movie poster! One of my all time favourites.

As G-d is my witness, when I clicked on this picture, I thought this was the original art for a movie poster I hadn't seen yet. The colors are so rich and alive, the likenesses so, as you say, spot-on, and the Nautilus...perfect!

If not the poster, then a really fancy lobby card! A favorite early morning weekend matinee feature for children back when schools gave out tickets for special screenings. It was big screen adventure that elementary kids lapped up!
