Description

I've always loved this story (Stan Lee) and art by the great John Buscema. As a kid I was particularly attracted to the illustration from page 11 panel 4 in terms of its composition and flow. It is such a startling and beautiful illustration that captures a moment in time just before Loki attacks the Silver Surfer.
This was commissioned by the very talented Bruce McCorkindale. I absolutely love how this turned out {without letter balloons).
