Description

One of Frank Frazetta's most recognized creations is Death Dealer. Here is Simon Bisley's homage of the Death Dealer reaping destruction from horseback. It is my understanding that this piece was originally commissioned to be a finished pencil piece, but once the resulting commission was completed the decision was made to have it made into a painting, thereby turning this *finished pencil" piece into a prelim. Either way, the detail in this piece is absolutely incredible and really captures Simon's extraordinary abilities with a pencil.

Great piece! I think this is Biz's best depiction of death dealer. I like it better then the interiors to the comics he did and perhaps even better then the finished painting this was done for. Awesome!
