Wally Wood was among the best of all comic artists with the EC period being among his high points. Al Williamson told me he thought Woody was the best ever

This piece, from Mad #25 is gigantic and at a whopping 24x34 inches, possibly the largest piece Wally ever produced. Created on 2 pieces of twice-up magazine size craftint, it is amazing to behold.

It has never been owned by another collector. I bought this from Cochran's original auction in 1989 or '90. So it was owned by Gaines, and then myself. There is nothing else like it and every person who has ever seen it on my wall - even non-collectors - have been completely amazed.
The piece has been for sale on Albert Moy's site at $240,000.00, but I'm trying to gather ca$h for a major project and will entertain serious offers, and it's possible I could take some partial trade, to facilitate a deal.

Trade items considered are items like other top notch covers or splash pages, Amazing Fantasy 15, FF #1, Superman #1, Batman #1, Universal Horror Posters (Dracula, Frankenstein etc) etc. No, I will not trade only. There must be ca$h involved, or it's too much work for me to get where I'm going.
This is a piece for the uber-serious collector and you can be sure that whomever deals me out of this piece will never put it to market again, so it's a one-time chance to own it.
