DescriptionI had to trade this fantastic page as the painful part of an art deal and it's eventual owner, my good buddy Dave, was nice enough to sell it back to me... I am THRILLED to get it back! In addition to having fantastic images of the Hulk throughout, this was also the final issue for the Hulk's very best inker, John Severin... the sad end of one of the very best artistic eras for Old Jade Jaws!Social/Sharing |

Trimpe's Hulk was the Hulk artist and Severin's inks complement is pencils perfectly. Really like how this page is layed out and the overall feel of the page.

Wonderful Hulk faces from Herb, beautifully inked by Severin. The was the Hulk tosses aside the twisted, rag-doll figure of the illusion of Jarella is really quite disturbing. This is a savage determination to cling to the real, brilliantly executed.
