Here is a fun and cute daily from a strip I was not previously familiar with but it ran for over 20 years. Cory was the creator and drew this strip for the duration of its publishing with King Features.

Cory was a wonderful illustrator, and you don't see too many examples of her strip work. The pen work in that first panel is quite excellent.

A cutesy girl comics character of the mid 30's probably influenced by the Shirley Temple craze. This has a storybook look coming from illustrations around the nursery rhyme.
