I've never been a fan of John Prentice's Rip Kirby but I have to admit that this strip looks particularly good!

Pretty cool! It looks like the flashlight in the middle is lighting up the left and right panels too with the crosshatch lines radiating outward.

An excellent example of Prentice's work. A shame that he has been forever ignored by most strip fans due to playing second fiddle by having to follow in the footsteps of giants, not once, but twice!
