DescriptionWell, DC once felt Wonder Woman needed to be mod-ernized and with the popularity of Emma Peel and the Avengers, they slicked her up into sexiness, gave her a martial-arts Chinese companion, and totally changed -- albeit for just a brief moment -- the amazon icon we had all grown to love. It was fun while it lasted, drawn and edited by Mike Sekowsky at his best, with help from writer Denny O'Neil. This is a stunning fashion page showing the "new" Wonder Woman.Social/Sharing |

and of course they did it just as she hit the mainstream,..within afew years she was on the cover to Ms. Magazine and became a symbol of the womens-lib movement, her own HC book, and the TV movies & series..very cool page.
