DescriptionSometimes by mid-year you spend your complete allowance on comic art and somebody gives you an offer that you simply cannot refuse. Thank you Godfather Robert Frey for giving me the opportunity on a page that I asked you about nearly four years ago. I'm seriously done for year. Seriously..... why are you looking at me like that?I love odd heroes and villains. I love the characters that nobody else likes. I love Aquaman and his supporting cast. This Who's Who entry captures a glimpse of what DC was like before Dark Knight and Watchmen cast their shadow on a universe. Perez puts so much joy into his work here capturing the fun of what DC was at the time you can almost hear Garth and Tula laughing. Not only that but look at the detail of Atlantis, the ocean and what I suspect is Topo the Octopus. This page is thrilling to own. Social/Sharing |

Huge aqua an fan here (old school Aparo and new school Brad Walker), and the combination of that plus my love for GP elevates this to grail status !!

Good for you Steve and good eye - I have been admiring this one for a while myself. This is Perez at his absolute peak and just a great, fun piece of artwork and nostalgia. Congrats!

Why do fish swim around naked, but the Atlanteans wear clothes? Asking for a friend.
