DescriptionTHIS PAGE IS FROM JACK KIRBY'S PERSONAL COLLECTION AND WAS ONCE PROUDLY DISPLAYED AT HIS HOME IN THOUSAND OAKS, CALIFORNIA. ORIGINALLY SOLD THROUGH CHRISTIES EAST IN 1993 FROM THE "COLLECTION OF THE ARTIST", IT WAS THEN BOUGHT AND BECAME PART OF THE NOW FAMED TONY CHRISTOPHER COLLECTION. PENCILLED BY JACK KIRBY AND INKED BY CHIC STONE. THIS MARVEL MASTERWORK PIN-UP WAS PUBLISHED IN AVENGERS 10 (NOV 1964) IN ONLY CAPTAIN AMERICA'S 7TH SILVER AGE APPEARANCE. THE ORIGINAL ART IS ON STANDARD LARGE ART 21 1/2 X 13 1/2 (IMAGE AREA 18 1/2 X 12 1/2 INCHES) AND CAPTAIN AMERICA MEASURES AN INCREDIBLE 17 INCHES FROM THE TIP OF CAP'S MIGHTY SHIELD DOWN TO HIS RIGHT TOE AND THIS IMAGE IS BETTER THAN MOST SILVER AGE COVERS AND SPLASH PAGES OF SIMILAR PERIOD. THIS IMAGE HAS ALSO BEEN USED ON VARIOUS TOY PRODUCTS OVER THE YEARS. TIME PAYMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED. BANK WIRE TRANSFER IS PREFERRED (ALTHOUGH I CAN TAKE PART PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL). Kirby Cap doesn't get much better than this: full figure, in action, with crisp Stone inks to boot! Truly a gem, Clem!

I've seen this in person, and it's absolutely wonderful... Sure wish I had the green to afford it right now!!! Kirby and Stone on Cap is the greatest!!!
