DescriptionI’m not very fan of sword and sorcery comics,but recognize that comic stars how Windsor-Smith,Buscema,Adams,Bolton…. did great work in special with Roy Thomas scripts.But well let me explain some of this page,this page was intended to be published in Conan issue 42 or some issue of Savage Tales,but the good sales of this character made that Marvel decided to make a new series designed more like a black and white magazine.The first issue see the light in August 1974.More later in September of the 1977 this history was reprinted in color in Conan the Barbarian issue 78. This page is from the first issue of this new series,penciled by the Big John Buscema and inked by Pablo Marcos (all the respect to Pablo,but I hate his inks over John pencils),the page problaby was modified because was made in cut boards (quite common at that time).This history was called “Curse of the Undead-Man”.In this page I have all of a fan of this kind of comics must want:Conan in fight,Red Sonja and evil sorcerer.A little piece of comic history.
