DescriptionI don't think I've gotten over Eddie Van Halen's passing and the same thing goes with George Perez... I really love his Iron Man from the Avengers—all incarnations but particularly his vintage stuff. Online, it looks like this one originated from “a small comics convention in Corpus Christi, TX.” So, with thanks to Beverly!Art from 1979, with an image area of 8.5x11.5. Social/Sharing |

I love George Perez! He always put his all into everything he did. This Iron Man sketch is splendid. I love how hard he obviously worked to get the armor just right, and then he took the time to color it. George was truly a great comic artist, as well as being a great guy!

Perez was a master in his craft but also an amazing statesman for comics. A true Wonder! Love this rendition of Iron Man
