Description

Far as I can tell, this appears to be an alternate unpublished cover to Marshall Rogers Cap'n Quick & a Foozle #1. The roster roll call down the left looks like it was statted and used on the published cover, and the pencils at top right clinch it with the cover blurb:
"In this issue: Concluding their first adventure continued from Eclipse Monthly."
