Description

Firstly I have to say Jim Cheung is one of my favorite comic artist and I feel very lucky to have picked this piece up! Many thanks to Cory for helping make this one happen.

The pencils were commissioned directly with Jim at the San Diego Comic Con September 2006. Fast forward 6 years and the inks were commissioned with Dexter Vines September 2012. I was fortunate enough to pick up this piece from the original commissioner.

After months of follow-up I was able to work with the professional colorist, Justin Ponsor April 2013. I've loved Ponsor's work on several covers he did with Jim and can't thank him enough for taking the time to color this piece.

Even though this piece was six and half years in the making I'd love to see it published one day. I threw the Marvel Now Cap logos on the image for fun.

Well done George! Nothing beats persistence and patience, as all three artists delivered BIG TIME !!!!! The artwork deserves publication, and would make a great variant cover.
