Description

A few months ago I commissioned Dan at OAX for a Black Canary but he was unable to get to it due to the California fires at the time. I was a bit bummed because it was the only commission that I was signed up for at the con.

A few months later this showed up on Facebook DOND for the same price as what I was going to get the the commission for. The nice part is that I had no idea how Black Canary would turn out but the Dazzler on DOND was absolutely perfect.

Long story short, I am no longer bummed.

Always nice to not be bummed! I think I remember this DOND thread specifically and was glad to see this piece grabbed up as it is spectacular!

What a tremendous Panosian piece for your collection Steve! When he incorporates lettering into his work it just shines.

Seems a guy would only need this beauty in his collection as an example of Dan's work. Don't you agree??

That's a great Dazzler, but the hand drawn logo/effects might be my favorite element of the whole piece. Congrats, and glad it all worked out in the end!

Beautiful piece! Absolutely makes up for you not getting the Canary. Love all of the hues of blue, those circular and oval shapes...and her name lettered takes it over the top. Disco inferno! Congrats!
