Description

A dream come true. Wolverine # 50 (vol.1) was the first Wolverine comic i ever bought and Marc's art had a huge influence on me.
Well worth the wait.
Started commissioning a pencil piece from THE Wolverine artist. Then Marc offered to "ink" it in his newer style that he uses for his recent covers and I immediately upgraded.
His team kept me informed all along the way and send the wonderful work in progress scans, so that i could "see" the piece evolve.
The detail-level in person is amazing.

Thanks for showing the step by step progression of everything. I don't know how intentional it was, but I love how he has some remnants of his tiger stripe outfit. Congrats on a phenomenal commission!

This is pretty cool. I think Marc Silvestri is in the midst of his artistic prime right now and I'm so glad we get to see a Silvestri Wolverine again thanks to this commission.

No idea how I missed this piece until now. Silvestri's current style is amazing, I wish he came back to doing monthly books, even just for a few issues... Great commission!
