Like always why do we have to name this a prelim.
Everything is already there no Ink or other supplement needed.
For me this design says it all The Spirit with babe chased by the bad guy in the underbelly of Central City.

Like your other Schultz preliminaries, this one is beautiful. As you noted, its hard to think of these pieces as preliminary as they are certainly more finished than the final art of many other artists!
