A little information before you start.
FIRST AND FOREMOST THANKS TO ALL THE ARTIST WHO MADE THIS POSSIBLE
My collection is composed from original art I purchased over the years and a collection of convention sketches I gathered in that time. My art collection goes back to 1982 when the first large comic / strip convention was held in the Netherlands. Yes I am Dutch.
My collection in not exclusive build around a theme but my favorites are from the worlds of EDGAR RICE BURROUGHS and ROBERT E. HOWARD. And If it is possible I will ask the artist if it is possible to draw his or hers character swinging on a vine. Monkeys are also favored so back to the jungle. Put on your loincloth and explore the worlds created by artist from all over the world.
For me my collection is not based on monetary value but on the art itself and the stories / memories that are produced while collecting. The thrill of the hunt for convention sketches is still after years not lost And most important the fun this hobby brings me.
