Description

The great and mighty George Perez delivers an amazing One Minute Later of TOS #58 featuring Cap fighting Iron Man. I love this piece and love what George did on this piece that he pencilled and inked. Many thanks to Spencer Beck for facilitating this.

Very nice. I think your one-minute later theme is really clever and this is a great example. Perez knows what he is doing.

That, Mr. Finn, is wicked cool. George definitely still has the magic.

Very, very nice, Michael! I especially love Iron Man's boots for some reason. This brings back memories of George's superb 1970s Avengers work. Congrats!

You'd think George would put at least a little detail into the piece... ~:c) Now THAT is one great piece! I think I may just have a new favorite from your OML theme. Congratulations Michael, on the addition of such a stellar original. This is how grails are made.

Next up: Michael Finn convinces Leonardo Da Vinci to come back from the dead to paint the Mona Lisa: One Minute Later. That's the only way you can top this outstanding piece.

THE BEST OML EVER!!!! MAYBE THE BEST COMMISSION EVER!

I love how George captured the feel of the Heck/Kirby Iron Man look from that Marvel period.

As for Cap, George is one of the few artists besides Kirby who draws Cap right.

There will be other magnificent OMLs but you will never top this, however, please keep trying. :)

If your one minute later theme resulted in nothing other than this one incredible gem, it would all have been worth it. However, your excellent concept, followed with your passionate execution has resulted in numerous incredible images, of which I believe this may be the most magnificent. This is Perez at his absolute best, drawing two Avengers in an action packed scene filled with trademarked Perez detail. I don't know what you sent him along with your money, but it certainly worked wonders - LOL! Tremendous congratulations!

I narrowed them down to three and I was going to make a contest out of it, but, some things are just immutable. This one's my favorite.
