DescriptionDave drew this for me at the Super MegaShow in Secaucus, NJ, July 23rd. 2007. Kamen Rider Amazon was a live action Japanese super-hero show first broadcast in 1974 and as a seven year old kid, living with my family in Japan for the year, I used to watch it everyday when I got home from school. Dave had never seen the character before, yet, with the few photos I brought for reference, he was able to come up with this incredible drawing - full of action and fun. He didn't have time to finish the monster before the show ended, so he suggested I complete it. I was honored he'd want me to work on the same piece, but I said I'd do it on a seperate sheet of paper and we agreed that when I see him again at a future con, he'd finish up the monster on the actual art.
