DescriptionFrom one OA collector to another. From one fan to another. From one friend to another. This 11x17 beauty is a hand drawn gift sent to me by our own Ian Saint. The holidays were all the merrier when I opened this mail call a few months ago. And it’s about time I shared it with the rest of you! Lots of hidden Easter eggs - Aurebesh messages in the bricks (briiicks), the top of a certain villain’s helmet and tip of his saber, and even a cameo inset of me and my wife. And, he sent the image for the digitally colored version seen in the extra image. Thanks again Ian!Social/Sharing |

Glad it made it to a perfect home. The best way I could think of thanking you for all your generosity. The project was a lot of fun and I learned a ton while working on it. It also gave me the opportunity to work with new art tools and explore new avenues of creativity. Next stop in my travel plans takes me back to Vegas so see you again soon.

I wont lie, it took a bit of time, but was really fun working on it. I think I may have spent about 20 hours between pencils, inking, white inking, and then digitally coloring. Sadly I am not perfect at drawing, so needed to fix things as I went. Either way it was a fun project. I may start a new one for myself soon. I picked up a bunch of new art tools lately, so will have to try them out on something. I am thinking Rocket and Groot must be attempted.
