Description

Who needs Captain America when you've got The Falcon in a cataclysmic struggle with a classic Kirby monster? Giacoia is my favorite Kirby inker. He matches Kirby's intensity and boldness stroke for stroke, bolstering the image with a sheen of professionalism that doesn't undercut Kirby's intent by prettying it up or dragging it back toward orthodoxy, but accentuating its unique vigor.
