Before anyone emails me ,know that Alan made a living as a cartoonist and this is Maxwell.All must admit that hes a much better writer than comics artist.This is a mid 80s cat sketch done at a convention.For my comic art cat collection.Am serious.Have a small comics art cat collection.

Your answer on the force field question is illogical. If a piece of rubble inside his field can hurt Bates, then teleporting him inside the structure where his body occupies the same space as the structure means that his whole body is now mixed in with it. The argument that a mass of the building was displaced to put him inside seems risible. Alan Moore does overwrite. I have read almost his entire output. Marvelman ran out of steam early on. A common thing with Moore comics. Start off great, sag in the middle and then throw everything in at the end to to try and revive the patient. Nice art though in the series,especially Garry Leach.
