DescriptionThis one just blows my mind. The San Diego Con has always been good to me.Back in 1992 Randy was at the San Diego Comic Con. It was the same year the massive Amazing Spider-Man run with him and Mark Bagley was getting everyone lathered up.Remember it was that same year ASM 361-363 came out and Carnage arrived on the scene in battle with Venom and Spider-Man.9 x 12 exquisitely detailed where Spidey and Venom go head to head. Wow; this is really cool. Randy Emberlin did much of
the inking in Amazing Spider-Man over Erik Larson's
pencils. And Randy certainly stands on his own merits.
Especially when seeing this super neat Spidey vs. Venom
original art. In my mind I've always felt that the top three
Spider-Man villians are (*in this order*):
1) Green Goblin
2) Doc Ock
3) Venom
Being as such, a true collector of Spider-Man original art
really needs to have at least one of these top three vilians
in one's collection. And you certainly made the grade with
this worthy piece, Michael. Congrats, and thanks for sharing
the greatness.. ;)

Pretty great two-figure action scene, and on 9x12! That's talent. An inker that should get more press!
