SDCC 2023 DAY 3: The incomprable Adam Hughes has always been on mmy checklist. I found him and he was selling copies of Catwoman with original art. I wanted a Wolverine but forgot my sketch book. The booth had run out of paper also.

I want to point out a young lady and her companion a head of me in line as real life superheroes. She offered to give me a sheet of paper from her sketch book. Whew!! Almost a lost opportunity but this saint saved my day. If you ever see this posting please identify yourself in the comments.

Now, I watched with keen interest as Adam deliberately crafted my Wolverine.I have more pics of that from scratch to completion. Documented glory. I'll post soon so check back in a few days.

How on earth did you get your hands on an Adam Hughes piece? And one as sweet as this. Love this artist. And am blown away by his take on Logan.

Very cool Adam Hughes' Wolverine sketch. I tend to think of Hughes as a artist who draws beautiful women, but I think this proves I should change that to "an artist who draws beautiful women and badass men."
